Shafer v. Altobelli and Green Lantern Bar

A young mother was killed and her daughters were injured when a drunk driver crossed the center line and struck their van while returning home from Christmas shopping.  Allstate initially falsely reported the coverage limits on the at-fault vehicle.  After more than a year of litigation, we were able to secure the full limits ($500,000.00) of the Allstate coverage, plus the limits of coverage on the bar that served the driver, along with a significant contribution from the drunk driver's personal assets.
