Typical couple days in Michigan's courts: all workers, injured folks lose; all insurance companies win.

In a mix of discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation and injury and disability cases over the past few days, the outcome was pretty typical for Michigan's Courts.  Insurance companies won all their cases, and workers, insureds, the disabled, consumers and injury victims all lost.  This is what happens when demagogues and special interests dominate the law.
