Slip and fall case dismissed for failure to sign medical authorizations; fully respond to interrogatories

Paul Wabeke sued Uncle Bob's Self Storage, claiming he was injured in a fall at the site.  The insurer for the property owner demanded medical authorizations from Wabeke and also sent him an extensive set of interrogatories.  Wabeke refused to sign broad medical authorizations which he deemed irrelevant to his injury claim and also answered some interrogatories with the statement that the questions asked were irrelevant.   The insurer's attorney sought sanctions, and ultimately the Court dismissed Wabeke's lawsuit for failing to comply with discovery.
