Sixth Circuit holds speaker denied First Amendment right to speak on campus

John McGlone sued four college administrators, alleging the public university's limitation on a non-affiliated individual's campus speech were a breach of the speaker's First Amendment rights.  The Sixth Circuit reviewed the policy and concluded that it was overly-broad and restrictive, thus denying McGlone the right to proselytize.
