Simple arbitration award is upheld

In California Charley's Corporation v. Gerard Trudel, et al., an arbitrator awarded the Plaintiff $150,000.00 inclusive of all costs, interests, liens, etc.  The Plaintiff  Corporation brought an action in Circuit Court attempting to set aside the decision because it claimed that the arbitrator's decision was not consistent with the law.  An intervening party appealed the priority assigned to liens and two parties appealed the trial court's refusal to disqualify the assigned judge.  All appeals were denied and the arbitration award was affirmed as written.
