School can limit student speech between classes

The Sixth Circuit held in M.A.L. v. Kinsland  that a school system can limit a student's speech rights in a "reasonable" manner.  The student involved was denied the right to pass out leaflets in school hallways between classes, but the principal  allowed him to pass them out during lunch and to place them on bulletin boards.
