Release signed by plaintiff is enforced to preclude lawsuit

Anthony Brace became involved in a dispute with Polyblank Builders.  In the process of resolving the dispute, the parties apparently came up with a plan for remediation and executed "mutual releases," releasing each other from liability.  When Brace was dissatisfied with the outcome, he attempted to sue Polyblank, but the Court dismissed his case.  Under the plain language of the document he had signed, he had given up the right to sue for Polyblank's negligence or breach of contract.
