Partner Dan O'Neil lectures on cross-examination at the Annual Meeting of the State Bar

Our partner, Dan O'Neil, was recently invited to give a lecture to lawyers on the topic of "Effective Cross-Examination" at the Annual Meeting of Michigan's State Bar.    The lecture was presented in Grand Rapids on September 20, 2012.  Mr. O'Neil had previously lectured on the same topic, for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, at the Bar's regional meeting on Mackinac Island.

Mr. O'Neil has recently spoken by invitation to several civic organizations and State and regional union meetings, on the composition of Michigan's Supreme Court and its impact on the civil rights of Michigan's citizens.  He addressed topics including environmental concerns, personal injury and insurance disputes, collective bargaining and Constitutional and civil rights issues.
