Graco Children's Products, Inc., required to recall 1.2 million high chairs.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission ordered the Atlanta manufacturer to recall and repair 1.2 million Harmony High Chairs after 24 injuries were reported. The manufacturer expressed "disappointment" with the performance of the chair and is offering a repair kit. The problem relates to screws in the front legs that can loosen and allow the chair to "tip over unexpectedly." Sadly, by history, only about 20 percent of the recalled chairs will actually be reported and repaired through the recall.
