George Thompson invited into membership of honorary society

This January, our partner, George Thompson, was made a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a Trial Lawyer Honorary Society.  The LCA is open to lawyers who display "excellence in the art of advocacy and the highest ethical standards and integrity" following "evaluations of effectiveness and accomplishment" in trial and appellate practice. 

Fellows are invited into the Society's limited membership by invitation of the Society's Advisory Board only, and lawyers cannot apply for membership.  We are told that no other lawyers who maintain a personal injury practice in Traverse City or northern Michigan are invited members of the national society.
