Court refuses to analyze whether arbitrator made legal error.

James D. Compo, Inc. Sue Richard and Sara Trevis.  The parties agreed to arbitrate the dispute and Defendants came out on the short end.  They then appealed the arbitrator's decision, arguing to the court that the arbitrator made a legal error in his analysis.  The Court pointed out that judicial review of arbitration is "narrowly circumscribed."   Since the alleged legal error wasn't apparent on the face of the arbitrator's decision, the Court rejected the opportunity to analyze it in depth.  The arbitration award was upheld.
