Court holds title insurer did not violate contract, despite two-year delay in clearing title

Michigan Properties, LLC sued two title insurance companies, arguing that they had breached their obligations to provide clear title to property the Plaintiff had purchased.  The Court held that the title insurers had not promised to clear the subject title at the time of the closing and had ultimately fulfilled their duty to clear the title, even though it took them two years to accomplish the task.
