Court assesses taxable costs against medical providers who sought PIP payment from insurer

Various vocational and rehabilitation service providers who assisted Donald McCoy after a motor vehicle accident joined his lawsuit against Home Owners Insurance Company, seeking No Fault PIP benefits.  McCoy lost his lawsuit (the case doesn't explain why) and this week, the Court of Appeals ruled that the trial judge should have granted costs in favor of the insurer and against the medical care providers.
