Aquafina water can be taken from the public tap

A New York judge ruled in December of 2008 that Aquafina could not be sued over its alleged misrepresentation regarding the source of water it bottles.  A consumer group had alleged that PepsiCo engaged in deceptive advertising when it marketed the water as though it came from a natural source and not a public drinking supply.
