"Grow a set of balls" is not gender hostile: "refers to lack of courage or boldness"

The Court of Appeals rejected Angelo Macreno's gender discrimination and retaliation claim against St. James Capital.  Macreno argued that his discharge arose out of his complaint about a female supervisor's suggestion that he encourage the growth of  certain male body parts.  The Circuit Court dismissed his claim and the Court of Appeals affirmed, finding that his complaint did not clearly inform his employer of a gender-based meaning implied in the supervisor's comment.
