Federal judge grants class action status to Domino's pizza drivers for failure to pay minimum wage

A federal judge in Minnesota has allowed 22,000 current and past Domino's pizza drivers to join in a class action suit against the pizza company.  The suit alleges that Domino's failure to reimburse travel expenses incurred by drivers results in a violation of minimum wages lows for most drivers on most shifts.  The suit also alleges that the pizza company violates Minnesota state law by keeping the delivery charge imposed on customers (who mistakenly believe it is a payment to the driver in lieu of a tip).
